Seafood-salad



Seared Scallops, Shrimp, Cherry Tomatoes, Green Apple: The combination of flavors and textures is perfectly balanced, creating an explosion of happiness with every bite!

* ingredients :

°15 ml (1 tablespoon) butter
°12 medium scallops (20/30 size)
°500 ml arugula
°1 cup (250 ml) garlic toast
°12 medium shrimp (size 31/40), cooked and peeled
°12 cherry tomatoes, halved
°2 green apples, sliced
°1/2 red onion, finely chopped
°1/2 green lettuce, shredded
°Salt and pepper to taste
For dressing:
°60 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
°30 ml (2 tsp) chop dill
°15 ml (1 tablespoon) apple cider vinegar
°10 ml (2 teaspoons) Dijon mustard

* steps

In  skillet, melting butter on medium heat. Cook the scallops for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
In a salad bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients.
Add the salad ingredients to the salad bowl. flip over.
