Texas Toast Sloppy Recipe



Who says an appetizer has to mesh with excess? These 0�rré Frais®️ carbs and spiced carrot bread are the perfect compromise to pamper yourself without the guilt. Source of protein and Nutri-Score recipe.

*Ingredients :


°Carré Frais®️ 0%: 4 servings (100 g)
°Carrots: 2 (250 g)
°bread: 4 slices (160 g)
°Water: 15 cl (150 g)
°Apple-cider vinegar: 7.5 cl 
°Honey: 3 tsp (60 g).
°Chopped parsley: 1 teaspoon (5 g).
°Pepper: 10 grains (5 g).

* Preparation :

Peel the carrots and cut them into slices using a peeler.

Boil vinegar, water and honey.

Cover the carrot slices and cook for 1 minute before removing from the heat.

Pour into a bowl. Add pepper. Covering vegetables with liquid cooking.

Store it in the refrigerator and wait for complete cooling.

Cut the bread slices in half and spread with Carré Frais®️.

Add pickled carrot slices and a few pomegranate seeds.

Sprinkle with parsley and flax seeds.
