Apple Fritter Cake

* ingredients:

+ cake
° 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° 4 teaspoons baking powder
° 2 teaspoons vanilla
° 6 apples of your choice, peeled and seeded, then cut into cubes
° 3 cups of flour
° 1 cup sugar
°1 1/2 cups milk
° 2 eggs
° ½ cup melted butter
° 1 cup butter
° 2 tablespoons of flour
° 1 cup brown sugar
° 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
+ Glaze
° 2 cups of powdered sugar
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 5 tablespoons of milk

* instructions :

The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
In a large bowl, mix cinnamon, salt, baking powder, flour, sugar, milk and eggs. Mix well, then add 12 diced apples and stir well
The second step:
Using the low speed of the electric mixer, slowly sprinkle the melted butter into the mixture while continuing to mix.
Grease a baking tray 9 x 13
Third step:
Pour the mixture into the skillet
Sprinkle some of the remaining apple slices on top of the mixture
The fourth step:
In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients together and mix well
Place scoops of this thick mixture on top of the mixture
Fifth step:
Take a butter knife and pass it through the thickened batter and cake to give it a somewhat marbled effect.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Sixth step:
When the cake has completely cooled, sprinkle the entire top with the glaze mixture.
Then hide the cake so no one else knows it's there, you can have it for yourself!
