Baked Cream cheese Spaghetti



It's hard to do easier. No bechamel or mornay sauce here. In this Mac & Cheese recipe, the pasta finishes cooking in cream cheese flavored with garlic and nutmeg. We hope you will be happy.

*ingredients :

+Enough for 4 people

°Durum wheat semolina pasta: 250 gm
°Grated cheese (Etorki®️ sheep's cheese, Emmental, Comté ...): 125 g
°Fresh cream: 20 cl
°Milk: 20 cl
°Garlic cloves: 2
°Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
°Nutmeg: 1 pinch
°Salt, pepper: to taste

* Preparation :

Cook the pasta "al dente" (even if it is a little crunchy), drain and cool under running water.

Peel and peel garlic cloves. Press it down and fry it gently in a saucepan with a little olive oil.

Pour the cream and milk. Season with salt and pepper, add nutmeg and heat gently (not too stiff, so as not to stick).

When the milk boils, add half the amount of cheese and mix until it melts.

Mix the sauce with the pasta, pour everything into a dish with oil and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese (add a little butter to facilitate coloring) and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.

Cover the pasta gratin for 10 minutes before eating it.
