Banana Bread Brownies🍌🍞


°1-1/3 C Sugar
°1 C sour cream
°1/3 C soft butter
°2 eggs
°1-3/4 (3 or 4) mash ripe bananas
°2 tsp. vanilla extract
°2 c. flour
°1 tsp. baking soda
°3/4 tsp. salt
°1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Brown Butter Frosting:
°1/2 c. butter
°4 c. soft sugar
°1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
°3 tbsp. milk

* Methods :

Heat oven 375 degrees F . Greased jelly roll pan with grease & flour. For moulds, in  bowl, whisking sugar, sour cream, butter, also eggs to creamy. Blend bananas with vanilla. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt, and blend for 1 minute. Stir with walnuts.
Spreading mix evenly in skillet. Baking for 20 to 25 min or to golden brown.
To making garnish, heat butter in  saucepan on heat to boil. Let the butter turn soft brown and then immediately remove from the heat.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk. Whisking to smooth (it be be thicker than the glaze but thinner than garnish). Use  spoon, spreading brown buttercream on warm bars (the garnish will be easier to grease while the bars are still warm).
