Beef and Cheese Quesadilla


°1 pound minced meat
°1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
°1 cup chopped onion
°Salt also fresh pepper to taste
°three tablespoons tomato paste
°1 c coarsely chop spinach Half a teaspoon minced garlic
°1 tsp warm pepper powder
°2 tablespoons chopped sparkling cilantro, optional
°4 tsp unsalted butter
°eight eight-inch flour tortillas
°1 c cheddar cheese
° bitter cream, and wedge sauce, to serve

* Methods  :

Heat a big skillet over medium warmth, and brown the beef, cutting it up with a spoon till browned and crumbly, approximately five minutes. Transfer it to a colander to drain, and wipe the pan carefully.
Return skillet to medium warmth and upload vegetable or olive oil. Add onions, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for three minutes, till onions are wilted. Add tomato paste, spinach, garlic and chili powder and stir for any other minute, till spinach wilts and the entirety is properly blended. Return the red meat to the skillet and stir till the entirety is combined. Stir withinside the cilantro if using, switch the combination to a bowl, and wash and dry the skillet (or seize a brand new skillet).
Combine cheddar and havarti in a bowl. Place the skillet over medium warmth and upload 1/2 of a teaspoon of butter. Place the tortilla withinside the skillet.
