BIG-YEAST-ROLL





* ingredients :

°1 C water(warm)
°1 tablespoon active dry yeast
°1/4 cup sugar
°1 teaspoon salt
°3 tablespoons soft butter
°1 large egg, scrambled
°3 1/2 - 4 c flour

* Methods :

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Putting water & yeast in  blend bowl and adding next 4 ingredients. Beating with dough hook until well mixed.
2. Adding 3 1/2 to 4 c of flour and mix to a soft dough form (it shouldn't be sticky).
3. Placing  on flour board & kneading several times to smooth.
4. Placing in  grease bowl, covering with plastic wrap also let rise in  warm placing for about 46 min.
5. Punch down also turning it into floured board.
6. Shape into 12 rolls and place on a greased 13" x 9" baking tray. Let it rise again about 30 minutes.
7. Baking at 350 degrees for 20 min.
8. Grease the surfaces of the rolls with butter (or equivalent)
