° 4 slice bacon, cook & crumbled
° 6 c cauliflower florets
° ⅓c cream
° 2 tsp butter
° Salt & pepper to taste
° 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
° 3 garlic clove, finely chop
° Half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese
° ½ cup chopped green onion
° ½ cup finely chopped cashews

* instructions :

The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
Spray the baking dish lightly with non-stick spray
The second step:
I have a big pot in which I put garlic and broccoli
Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 15 minutes
Third step:
While it is boiling, toast the chopped walnuts in a frying pan with a few drops of oil
Drain and put the cauliflower and garlic in a food processor
The fourth step:
Add heavy cream, butter, chives, salt and pepper
Mix well until the cauliflower is a little chunky, blending all the ingredients together
Fifth step:
Pour into the bottom of the prepared baking tray, spreading evenly
Sprinkle with bacon and cheese, then top with toasted pecans
Sixth step:
Bake at 350* for 5 minutes or until cheese melts
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with green onions for garnish
