Cheesy Beef Chimichangas





* ingredients:

° 1 garlic clove, minced
° Half a teaspoon or more, as desired, of the taco seasoning mixture
° 1 teaspoon dried thyme
° 1 pound ground beef
° 1 small onion, finely chopped
° Half a cup of sour cream
° 4 ounces chopped green chili
° Half a cup of ghee
° 1 can of beans with juice
° 6 small tortillas (I'm using a 7-inch)

* instructions:

The first step:
Preheat oven to 450* if you are going to bake them
If you are going to fry them, put an inch of oil in a frying pan to start heating it while you prepare the dish.
The second step:
Crumble ground beef and brown with onion, taco seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano. Cooking well also drain the fat once it's all cook
Add the sour cream, green pepper and beans with the juice and mix well
Third step:
Remove from the heat and stir in the cheddar cheese
Heat the oil in the frying pan
The fourth step:
Place the tortilla outside and place an equal amount of the filling in the center of each tortilla
Fold the sides and roll the tortilla lengthwise.
Fifth step:
Place seam side down in hot oil. Watch out that the oil will be hot.
Turn brown on all sides
Sixth step:
Remove it from the oil and dry it on paper towels

Serve with various toppings and enjoy!
