°1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
°3 cloves garlic, minced
°1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
°1/2 teaspoon dried basil
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°1 (16 ounces) chilled milk biscuits
°48 fresh pearl mozzarella, drained*
°1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
°2 tsp chopped parsley leaves

* Methods 

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat lightly in a 24-cup mini muffin tin or coat with nonstick spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together butter, garlic, oregano, basil, and salt. Sit aside.
Cut each of the eight biscuits in half, making 16 pieces. Working one at a time, use a rolling pin to flatten each piece 1/4 inch thick. Add 3 mozzarella sticks to the center of each biscuit before rolling it into a ball.
Put them in the prepared muffin tin and grease each ball with half the butter mixture; Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place in the oven and bake until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
Serve immediately, brushed with the rest of the butter mixture and garnished with parsley, to taste.
