Classic Cheesecake Recipe

+ ingredients :

* Shell:
* 1 1/2 cup crush graham crackers
* 4 tsp granulated sugar
* 5 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
* Filling:
* 5 packet. 8 oz cheese-cream, room temperature
* 4 large eggs, at room temperature
* 1 granulated sugar
* ½ c sour cream 
* 2 tsp vanilla
* Extras:
*                         Strawberry
* cherry
*                         blueberry
* Or any other options

*instructions :

The first step:
Place the oven racks in the middle of the oven
Preheat oven to 350*
The second step:
In  bowl, stirring graham crackers, melt butter, also granulated sugar
Using the bottom of a flatware cup, press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom and half way up the sides of the springform pan.
3 step:
Baking crust for 7 min
Take it out of the oven and set it to the side
The fourth step:
Reduce the oven temperature to 325 *.
In a large bowl, whisk the cream cheese until smooth
Fifth step:
Add granulated sugar, vanilla extract and sour cream.
Scrape the sides a lot and beat them all together until smooth
Sixth step:
In a plate, scramble eggs with a fork. and won too
Slowly add eggs to cream cheese mixture using low speed
Seventh step:
Stop whisking once the eggs are incorporated
Once done, tap the bowl on the counter a few times to release any air bubbles
The first step:
Pour cheese mixture into graham cracker crust and top with
The pan will be very full
Eighth step:
Bake for 30 minutes at 325*.
Reduce the temperature to 250* and bake for an additional 45 minutes
The ninth step:
Once the time is up, turn off the heat, but leave the cheesecake inside, without opening the door for 30 minutes
Break the oven door and leave the cheesecake inside to cool for an hour
Tenth step:
Removing also set on counter for 3 to 4 h, until totally cooled
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6 hours, until completely cooled and firm
