Crab-Cakes



* ingredients:

°2 tranches of dry bread, without crusts
°1  milk
°1 tsp mayonnaise
°1 tsp parsley flakes
°1 tsp baking powder
°1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°1 scrambled egg
°1 pound cut crab meat
°Vegetable oil

* Directions :

 In  bowl, cutting bread to small pieces. Moist with milk.
Adding-mayonnaise, parsley, baking-powder, Old-Bay, salt, eggs &; crabmeat. Mixing sweetly & shape to 4 pieces. Placing  pies in refrigerator for 30 min to help keep their shape while cooked. Filling frying pan with for 1/4 1/4 vegetable oil. On medium high heat, frying until golden on both sides. I turn every minute to avoid over-fry.
