Creamy Hashbrown Casserole


° 2 cups of milk
° 8 eggs, scrambled
° 2 pounds light or hot and spicy sausage
° 16 oz cream cheese, soft, room temperature.
° 32 oz of shredded and frozen hash brown
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° Half a teaspoon pepper
° Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
° Half a teaspoon of onion powder
° 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

* instructions :

The first step:
1. Preheat oven to 350*
2. Cook the sausage well, draining the fat
The second step:
1. Stir the cream cheese with the sausage and set aside
2. Add the hash brown to the pan and cook until it turns light brown
Third step:
1. Grease the bottom of the roasting pan 9 x 13 and place the brown hash evenly on the bottom
2. Top with cream cheese and sausage mixture
The fourth step:
1. Sprinkle a little cheddar cheese on top
2. Mix the milk, eggs and spices, then pour over the casserole
Fifth step:
Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 50 minutes. or even internal temperature 160*
