CreamyCustard-Style-Rice-Pudding




*ingredients :

° Four egg
° Half  c white sugar
° 1 c cream-heavy
° 1 c golden raisins
° 3 cup whole milk
° 2 tsp vanilla extract
° 3 cup cold cook white rice
 ° 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

* instructions :

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease a casserole.
3. Beat the sugar and eggs.
4. Gradually mix the cream and milk.
5. Add cinnamon and vanilla extract.
6. Add rice and raisins.
7. Transfer the mixture to the tagine.
8. Place this dish in a larger ovenproof dish.
9. Adding for 2 inches water to larger pan.
10. Cooking in oven about 31 min, & stir sweetly.
11. Cook for another 30 minutes and serve warm.
