Crockpot Lasagna


1 pound ground beef
lasagna noodles
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 1/2 c mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese


Brown and dried minced meat.
Pour 1 cup of spaghetti sauce into the bottom of a 4-quart saucepan.
Stir in rest of sauce with the beef.
Uncook on  sauce in slower cooker.
Spreading a third of the meat mixture over the noodles.
Spreading 3/4 c of cottage cheese over the meat.
Sprinkling half a cup of mozzarella cheese over the cottage cheese.
Adding another layer uncooked noodles, one-third of  meat sauce, rest cheese, and 1/2 cup of mozzarella
Adding other layer of uncooked noodles, meat mix, also mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkling with Parmesan cheese.
Simmer on low heat about 4 h

If the cooking time is longer, the cheese is better cooked.
