Dutch Apple Bread



* ingredients:

° 1 1/2 cups peeled and diced green apples
° Half a cup of soft butter
° 1 cup white sugar
° 1 tsp baking powder
° 1 sp vanilla
° 2 eggs
° Half a cup milk
° Half a tsp of salt
° 2 cup flour
° Half a c cashews
+ Topping:
° Half a c flour
° 2 tsp brown sugar
 ° 2 tablespoons granulated white sugar
° 2 teaspoons cinnamon
° 5 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
+ Glaze:
° 1 tsp of melt butter
° Half a C confectioners' sugar
° Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
° 1 tablespoon of milk

* instructions :

The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
Spraying  loaf pan with non-stick cook spray
The 2 step:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar
Add milk, eggs and vanilla and mix well
Third step:
Mix the baking powder, salt and flour
Don't get confused
The fourth step:
Fold the nuts and apples
Spread the mixture on the loaf pan
Fifth step:
In a small bowl, combine the garnishing ingredients and mash with a fork until crumbles are about the size of a pea
Sprinkle the mixture on the loaf pan
Sixth step:
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let the bread cool, then remove it from the baking tray
Seventh step:
When cool, whisk glaze ingredients together in a small bowl
Sprinkle over cooled bread
