Grandma's Country White Bread

* ingredients:

°1 package active dry yeast
°1 cup warm water
°1 large egg
°1 tsp. salt
°¼ C. granulated sugar
°3 tbsp. oil
°3-4 c. flour

* How to Make 
Step 1 Add yeast and water to a large mixing bowl and let it bloom for 10 minutes. \
Step 2: Place the eggs, salt, 2 cups of flour, sugar and oil in a mixing bowl with the yeast mixture. Blending mixture to well combined.
Step 3. Add another cup of flour and beat until the dough is done.
Step 4. If necessary, add more flour, 1/4 cup at a time so dough slides easily away from mixing handle.
Step 5. Put the dough in a large, well-greased bowl, then turn it over several times to cover it well so that it does not stick.
Step 6. Cover gently with a clean cloth and place in a warm place to rise for an hour. The dough should rise to at least twice its original size.
Step 7. Kneading dough down, kneading some times, then put it on  well-greased loaf pan.
Step 8. Cover and set in a warm place to rise again for another hour.
Step 9. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through.
