Greek Style Roasted Lemon Butter Potatoes


° 3 pounds of golden potatoes, sliced
° ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
° Half to 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
° ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
° Half a teaspoon of rosemary
° 1 teaspoon thyme
° 3 tsp garlic
° ½ to 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
° Salt and pepper to taste

* instructions :

The first step:
Preheat oven to 375*
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray
The second step:
Pour the melted butter and spread it on the bottom of the baking dish
Put the potato slices on the baking dish
Third step:
Add chicken broth, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper and minced garlic to a bowl
Stir well until combined
The fourth step:
Pour half of the chicken broth over the potatoes and mix
Pour the remaining chicken broth over the potatoes and mix again
Fifth step:
Cover with aluminum foil and place on the middle rack in the oven
Bake for 40 minutes, then remove the tray from the oven
Sixth step:
Remove the aluminum foil and cover the potatoes with grated Parmesan cheese
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
