Hamburger steaks with onion gravy





* ingredients :

° 8 soda crackers, crushed

250 ml (1 cup) chicken broth
2 onions thinly sliced
° 45 ml (3 tablespoons) butter
° 31 ml (2 tsp) honey
° 1/4 cup (60 ml) balsamic vinegar
° 15 ml Dijon mustard
° 15 ml (1 tablespoon) chopped parsley

* Preparation :

Meat pies
In a large bowl, soak soda flakes in eggs and milk until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients except the oil and mix well. pepper salt.
Form eight pieces with the minced meat mixture.
