Hawaiian-Pizza-Sliders

*ingredients

°12 dinner roll or Hawaiian bread roll
°°1/2 c pizza sauce
°1/4 tsp Italian season
°6 tranches deli slices of black forest or honey ham
°6 tranches cheese
°1/2 cup fresh pineapple, small cubes or canned pineapple tidbits, drained
°1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter
°a pinch of salt
°Little pinch of pepper

* instructions :

Heat oven to 350 degrees F .
Unroll the dinner rolls and use a bread knife to cut the rolls in half so that all the tops are separated from the bottom. Set the tops aside.
Place the roll bottoms on a baking tray. I like to line my baking board with a silicone baking tray because it makes cleanup quick and easy.
Spread the pizza sauce on the bottom half of the rolls all the way to the edges.
Lay the pork chops on top of the pizza sauce. Depending on the size of the pork chops, it may take more or less pork to cover all the rolls and get a good layer of meat.
Place the mozzarella cheese slices on the ham. (I got mine from a deli store.)
Sprinkle the pineapple all over the cheese, making sure to spread it out to get an even coverage. You want pineapple in every bite.
Lay the rolls on top of the pineapple, and slice toward the fruit.
Use a pastry brush to brush the surfaces of the rolls with melted butter. Sprinkling salt and pepper on butter.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges of the rolls have flakes and the cheese has melted.
Carefully remove it from the oven. Cut the slider with a sharp knife once it's cool enough to handle. Transfering  it to a serve plate and serving directy.

Enjoy !
