* ingredients:

°1 C butter
°1 cup dark brown sugar (may add up to 1/4 cup more if desired)
°1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
°1 egg
°1 egg yolk
°1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
°2 cups flour
°1 cup uncooked oats
°1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
°1⁄2 teaspoon salt
°1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
°1 cup white chocolate chips
° 1 cup chocolate chips (I like the dark)

* Directions : 

In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until melted. Take off the fire.
Add the dark brown sugar and granulated sugar and stir until the sugars are blended and smooth. Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and stir in eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla.
Add the flour, oats, baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt and cinnamon and mix them together.
Adding white chocolate chips & chocolate.
Roll them by hand into 24 medium-sized balls or use a ladle and place them on a light-colored cookie sheet.
Cool for at least 30 minutes.
Heat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the biscuits from the refrigerator and bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
