Mac and Cheese with Broccoli




*ingredients

° 3 tablespoons salted butter
° 2 tablespoons flour
° 4 cup milk
° Half teaspoon ground black pepper
° 4 cups of shredded cheese
° 2 cups of water
° 2 cup broccoli florets
° 1 package of pasta, uncooked or in the form of a crust
° Half a teaspoon of garlic salt
° Half a teaspoon of onion powder
° ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

*instructions:

1. Heat a large saucepan over a moderate heat and add the butter.
2. Add flour and beat for 30 seconds.
3. Keep whisking all the time until the butter and flour mixture turns golden.
4. Now add water and mix everything together.
5. Whisk in the milk.
6. Add pasta shapes, onion powder, paprika, black pepper and garlic salt.
7. Bring mixture to  boil.
8. Cook for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring constantly.
9. Reduce the heat and add the grated cheese.
