Meatloaf Cheesecake Style


° 1 onion, chop
° 1 large green bell pepper, cut into small pieces
° ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
° 1 tablespoon olive oil
° 2 large eggs
° 2 lbs of lean ground beef
° 1 cup rusk rusk
° 1 teaspoon minced garlic
° 1 teaspoon garlic powder
° 1 teaspoon onion powder
° Salt and pepper to taste
 ° 1 cup grated provolone cheese

* instructions :

The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry green pepper and onion
The second step:
Put pepper and onion in a bowl, add milk, minced meat, breadcrumbs and spices
Mix with your hands until well blended
Third step:
Greased bottom & sides of baking tray with oil
Add half of the meat mixture and cover with 4 slices of cheese
The fourth step:
Putting rest of the meat blend on top of cheese
Bake for 31 minutes
Fifth step:
Remove from the oven and add the remaining cheese on top
Bake for an additional 15 minutes, until cheese melts and bubbles.
Set it to the side and let it rest before slicing
