° 2 dozen chocolate cookies covered with butter
° 8 ounces of mascarpone cheese
° Half a cup of Irish liqueur
° 2 ounces chopped dark chocolate
° 10 ounces chopped white chocolate

* instructions:

The first step:
Crush the cookies and put them in a bowl
Add Irish cream to biscuit crumbs
The second step:
Add in a bowl of mascarpone cheese
Mix it all together
Third step:
Covering baking tray with butter-paper
Using a teaspoon of biscuits, start making the cheesecake balls and place them on the tray
Place the tray in the freezer for at least 45 minutes until it freezes, and longer if you have the time.
The fourth step:
Using a double boiler, place the chopped white chocolate in the top saucepan, stirring constantly, until melted.
Make sure to scrape the sides as the water is boiling and the chocolate is melting
Fifth step:
Dip each cheese ball into the white chocolate and place it back in the tray
Return the dipped balls to the refrigerator for an hour.
Sixth step:
Using the double boiler method, melt the chopped chocolate in the top pan, scraping the sides as it melts.
Seventh step:
When the melting is complete, remove the tray from the refrigerator and sprinkle the melted chocolate over the cheesecake balls.
Leave it for at least 30 minutes before serving.
