Outback Copycat Walkabout Onion Soup

*ingredients :

° 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
° Half a cup of cheddar cheese
° 1/4 cup Velveta cheese
° 2 cubes of chicken broth
° 1 packet chicken broth
° 2 tablespoons of butter
° 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
° 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
° Cream sauce:
° 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
° 3 tablespoons butter
° 1 1/2 cups whole milk
° 1/4 teaspoon salt
+ For decoration:
° Bacon and shredded cheese

*instructions :

The first step:
 Add 2 tablespoons of butter and an onion slice in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Cook until onions are soft.
The second step:
Stirring in stock cubes, stock, salt & pepper.
Stirring frequently for five min, until flour has soft and sauce is done.
Third step:
Adding Velveta cheese to onion soup mix. Pour sauce mix as well. Stir to smooth.
The onion soup be simmer for five minutes, until cheese melts. Constantly stir.
The fourth step:
Once the Velveta cheese is melted, reduce the heat to very low. Cook for 45 minutes.
Garnishing with cheese & bacon (optional).
