Pecan Pie Balls

Chocolate covered mini pecan pie balls...(Delicious!)

*ingredients :

°2 ½ cups (625 ml) chopped toasted pecans
°1 cup (250 ml) crushed graham crackers
°1 cup (250 ml) brown sugar
°1/2 teaspoon salt
°2 tablespoons of maple syrup
°1/4 cup (65 ml) brandy, bourbon, or seasoned rum.
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°1 cup (250 ml) coarsely chopped dark chocolate
°1 teaspoon sea salt


Lay a butter paper on an oven tray. Combine pecans, graham crackers, brown sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Add maple syrup, brandy, and vanilla extract.
