Pineapple Upside-Down Bundt Cake

*ingredients :

° ½ cup packed brown sugar
° Half a cup of butter
° 1 box of yellow cake mix
° Half a cup of vegetable oil
° Half a cup of pineapple juice
° Half a cup of water
° 3 large eggs
° 4 slices of pineapple, halved
° 8 maraschino cherries

* instructions :

The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
Grease and flour a small frying pan, or use a fine-grained, flour-based cooking spray
The second step:
In mix bowl, adding butter also brown sugar
When mixed well, pour into the bottom of the pod
Third step:
Lay the pineapple halves on top of the brown sugar alternately in each direction
Place the maraschino cherries in the oval of the pineapple half rings.
The fourth step:
In a mixing bowl, add cake mixture, eggs, pineapple juice, water and oil
Stir well to mix and make sure to get rid of any lumps
Fifth step:
Pour the mixture over the pineapple halves with the cherries
Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 35 minutes
Sixth step:
Leave the cake to cool for ten minutes before it comes out.
Serve warm or at room temperature, slicing the pineapple
