Pork &potato casserole

* ingredients

2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
1 pound of minced pork
1 cup sour cream
 ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
 1 can of Cream of Onion Soup
 1 sach dry onion soup mix
 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
 2 cups of herbal flavored stuffing mix


The first step:
In a cooking pot, combine the sour cream, the cream of the onion soup mix and the can of the onion soup mix
Add bacon and potato cubes
The second step:
Lay the filling in an even layer on top of the potatoes and ham
Pour the melted butter over the filling mixture
Third step:
Cover the cooking pot and cook over high heat for 4 hours, or on low heat for 7 hours
The fourth step:
Remove the lid and serve with a sprinkle of parsley, as garnish
