Sausage and Creamy Hashbrown Casserole




* ingredients:

° 2 cups of milk
° eight eggs, scrambled
° 2 kilos mild or warm and spicy sausage
° sixteen oz. cream cheese, softened, room temperature.
° 32 ounces. of shredded & frozen hash brown
° Half a tsp of salt
° Half a tsp pepper
° Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
° Half a teaspoon of onion powder
° 2 c shredded cheddar cheese

* Methods :

The 1 step:
1. Preheat oven 350*
2. Cook the sausage well, draining the fat
The 2d step:
1. Stir the cream cheese with the sausage and set aside
2. Add the hash brown to the pan and cook till it turns mild brown
Third step:
1. Grease the lowest of the roasting pan nine x thirteen and place the brown hash evenly on the lowest
2. Top with cream cheese and sausage mixture
The fourth step:
1. Sprinkle a touch cheddar cheese on top
2. Mix the milk, eggs and spices, then pour over the casserole
Fifth step:
Bake, uncovered, for forty to 50 minutes. or maybe internal temperature 160*
