Skillet Steak and Potatoes


+ For potatoes:
° Three tablespoons of olive oil
° 1 weight Yukon Gold 
° half teaspoon cooked meat with kosher salt
+To slice hamburger also garlic:
°2 (1 inch thick) rib eye ribs or New York (approximately 12 oz. every), or half pound steak rounds,
°Cut into  pieces
° 1 tsp cooked meat wiith kosher salt
° four tablespoons (1/2 of a stick) of unsalted fat
° three chopped unopened garlic flowers
° 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley leaves
° 1 tsp as not tired has passed a terrible electric flush, plus more as per condition

* instructions :

The first step
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium excessive heat.
Carefully upload the potatoes, and reduce them apart to the new oil
The 2nd step
Sprinkle with salt and permit it simmer for 10 minutes
Flip the potatoes over on the opposite reduce facet and repeat cooking for 10 minutes
third step
Put the potatoes at the facet
Wipe pan with  paper towel
The 4 step
Season every steak element with salt and pepper after drying with paper towels.
Place the steaks withinside the warm skillet and simmer for approximately a minute in order that they do not stick with the facet
Fifth step
Flip the steaks and repeat for 4 minutes
Carefully upload butter to the skillet and turn the steaks over again.
Sixth step
Stir the pan to acquire the melted butter, upload the sparkling chopped garlic
