SLOW COOKER POT ROAST AND POTATOES



* ingredients:

°three extra kilos of roast beef
°four carrots chopped
°2 kilos mashed potatoes
°1 chopped onion
°three whole garlic cloves
°1 tablespoon of cornstarch
°2 tablespoons cold water
° Salt & Pepper
°1 tbsp freshly thyme (optional)

* Methods:

Whisk the cornstarch and cold water together withinside the bottom of the slow cooker.
Adding potatoes, carrots, onions, also garlic to slow cooker. Seasoning with salt also pepper.
Seasoning meat with salt also pepper. Putting  it on top of vegetables.
Pour Worcestershire on it & simmer about 8-10 h . Cutting pork to strips whilst it is prepared to serving . Depend at water content of pork, broth on bottom can be proper consistency. If it is now no longer simmering, adding bit cornstarch if need.
