°1 1/eight cups flour (1 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
°half teaspoon baking soda
°1/four teaspoon salt
°half c softened butter (1 stick)
°1/3 c sugar
°1/3 c brown sugar
°1 tsp vanilla
°1 egg
°1 half c chocolate chips
°1 c sweetened coconut flakes (grated coconut)
°three/four cup chopped almonds

Preheat oven 350 degrees
In a small bowl, whisk collectively the flour, baking soda, and salt. Sit aside.
Using a cream mixer, butter and sugars. Add the vanilla and eggs and blend till combined. Slowly blend the dry combination into the cream combination. Add chocolate chips, coconut and almond slices, stirring.
Using a tablespoon and a 1\/2 of a tablespoon of biscuits, drop by rounded spoons onto the parchment-protected cookie sheets. Bake for 9-12 mins. Allow to chill for ten mins before transferring to cookie cooling racks.
