Southern fried chicken mix


 2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
4 teaspoons garlic salt
 ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning mix
1 cup of milk
 2 scrambled eggs


The first step:
In bowl, combin beaten eggs with milk
In another bowl, mix flour, poultry seasoning, garlic salt, paprika and black pepper, then place in a large ziplock bag.
The second step:
Put the chicken pieces in the bag and shake the bag to cover all the pieces
Remove the chicken and dip each piece into the egg mixture
Third step:
Dip each chicken piece in the flour mixture again, shaking off the excess.
Heat oil in heavy bottomed fry pan to 375*.
The fourth step:
Fry the chicken on each side, then reduce the heat of the skillet.
Allow chicken to continue cooking for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on size.
Fifth step:
The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165* before serving.
Drain it on paper towels and then serve.
