* ingredients:

°2 pound sirloin steak, thinly slice
° 1 red bell pepper, slice
° 1 pepper yellow, thinly slice
° am a large yellow onion, thinly sliced
° 3 tablespoons olive oil
° 1 tablespoon lemon juice
° ½ teaspoon chili powder
° 1 teaspoon ground cumin
° Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
° 2 garlic cloves, minced
° 2 cups shredded mexican cheese
° 6 to 8 tortillas

* instructions :

The first step:
In a zip-top bag, put the steak, spices, lemon juice and olive oil
Close the bag, and shake it to coat the pieces of meat
The second step:
Add the pepper and onion to the bag and re-seal the bag
Shake the bag again to cover the vegetables
Third step:
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a skillet and add the ingredients from the bag to the hot skillet.
Cook until the vegetables are soft and the steak is done
The fourth step:
Served with warm tortillas, sprinkled with shredded cheese and your choice of optional toppings
