Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

* ingredients :

°2 heads of cabbage
°2 pound ground beef
°3 cup cooked rice
°1 egg
°1 tsp garlic
°1 tsp parsley
°2 slices onion, cut to cubes
°1-15 oz can tomato sauce
°1-28 oz can mashed tomatoes
°1/4 cup tomato sauce (with meat)
° salt and pepper as needed

* instructions :

Putting head cabbage in saucepan of boil water, peeled cabbage leaves one by one.
Cutting rough-part off end cabbage leaf with  sharp knife.
Mixing all ingredients except about  15-ounce can tomato puree & ketchup & place  amount (sausage size) on cabbage sheet, rolling like fajita & putting seam side down in casserole dish.   I putting sauce-tomato also cabbage leaves or 2 on bottom of casserole so don't burn.
Pour mash tomatoes on Halupkys.
Covering & baking  for 75 min at 375 ° C, then turning oven to 325 ° C and bake for another 90 minutes, until the cabbage is tender. Soak every hour.
Served with tomato sauce.
