Truly Authentic Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients &  instructions

The first step:
Heat  frying pan on a heat
Mix the beef, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, eggs, onions, and chopped parsley by hand until well combined
The second step:
Form 1-inch meatballs and place them in the skillet. Built on all sides.
Remove the meatballs from the skillet and place on a side plate.
Third step:
In same pan, with fat still there, adding flour and mix to well combined
Adding Worcestershire sauce & use a whisk to whisk.
The fourth step:
Add milk slowly while whisking constantly. Add salt and pepper. Do not stop whisking until the mixture is completely homogeneous
Cooking for 5 min, stir constantly
Fifth step:
Add the meatballs back to the pan, cover and let them cook for 15 minutes over a medium heat
Cover potatoes or pasta with meatballs and broth. Sprinkle parsley and enjoy!
