Veggie Cream Cheese Rolls


° 4 - 8 inch tortillas
° 8 oz cream cheese
° 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
° ½ cup chopped celery
° cup chopped green pepper
° ¼ cup chopped red pepper
° ¼ cup chopped green onion

* instructions:

Combine the soft cheese, ranch dressing, onion, pepper, and celery in a large bowl.
When mixed well, put a thin layer on top of the tortilla
Roll the tortilla lengthwise, as tight as possible
Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least three hours
When ready to serve, unwrap, slice and place on a plate
