BUTTER YEAST ROLLER




*Ingredients:

°1 cup lukewarm water
°1 sachet of active dry yeast
°1/4 cup sugar
°1 teaspoon of salt
°3 tablespoons soft butter
°1 large egg, scrambled
°3 1/2 - 4 cups all-purpose flour

*Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Placing water & yeast in  mixing bowl & adding next 4 ingredients. Beating with a dough hook to well mixed.
2. Add 3 1/2 to 4 cups of flour and mix until a soft dough forms (it should not be sticky).
3. Placing on  floured board & kneading several times to smooth.
4. Placing in greased bowl, covering with plastic wrapping & leave in warm placinf for 45 min.
5. Prick & turning it to flour board.
6. Shape to 12 roll & placing on grease 13*9 baking sheet. Let rise again for 30 minutes.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
8. Greased roll surfaces with butter
