Lemon Lemon Brownies


+Lemon brownies:
°1/2 c unsalted butter, softened
°3/4 c flour
°2 eggs,
°2 tsp lemon zest
°2 tsp lemon juice
°3/4 cup granulated sugar
°1/4 tsp sea salt
+Lemon Pie Frosting:
°4 tablespoons lemon juice
°8 teaspoons lemon zest
°1 cup icing sugar


Preheat oven 350 degrees. 
Greased an 8×8 inch baking dish with butter also set apart.
Zest also juice two lemons & set apart.
In bowl of an electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment, beating flour, sugar, salt and softened butter to mixed.
In bowl, whisking eggs, lemon zest also lemon juice to mixed.
Pour it into the flour mixture and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a baking dish and bake for 23-25 ​​minutes, it should brown around the edges.
Let cool totally before frosting. Do not overcook or the bars will dry out.
Filter powder sugar and whisk with lemon zest and juice.
Spread the frosting over the brownies with a rubber spatula and let the frosting set.
Cut into bars and serve.
