Long John Silver Paste

 




*Ingredients.

° 1 ½ cup club soda
° ½ teaspoon of salt
° ½ teaspoon baking soda
° ½ teaspoon baking powder
° 1 ½ to 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
° 4 tablespoons cornstarch

*Instructions

FIRST STEP:
Heat oil in a skillet
Start by mixing together the dry ingredients, salt, baking powder, flour, cornstarch and baking soda
SECOND STEP:
Gently stir in club soda. You don't want to stir too much because the bubbles will burst and dissipate.
THIRD STEP:
Fry the fish as soon as you have coated it in batter.
