⭐❤️ Chicken Hash Brown


2 pounds frozen brown potatoes, southern style
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 c froz peas and carrots
1/2 c fresh summer sweet corn
2 c sour cream 
1 box of cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup milk
3 c grilled chicken, cooked and chopped
2 c breadcrumb , Ritz cracker crumb


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Placing potatoes in 9" x 13" baking dish. In bowl, mixing rest of ingredients except about crumbs. Pour the soup and vegetable mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle crumbs on face. Bake for an hour or until top is golden brown.
