*Coconut Cream Pie *😋


°1 c sweetened shredded coconut
°3 c half and half
°2 eggs, beaten
°¾ cup white sugar
°½ cup all-purpose flour
°¼ tsp salt
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 °1 pie crust (9 inches), baked
°1 c frozen whip topping

* Methods :

Preheat oven 350 degrees F
Spreading coconut on  baking sheet also cook, stir occasionally, to golden brown, about 5 minutes.
In  saucepan, blend half and half, eggs, sugar, flour & salt also mixing well. Bring to a boil on low heat, stirring. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 more minutes. Removing pan from heat & stirring in 3/4 cup toast coconut & vanilla extract. Reserve the rest coconut to garnished pie.
Pour filling to pie shell and refrigerate to firm, for 4 hours.
Top with whipped topping and reserved coconut.
