Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole


°2 pounds ground beef
°2 garlic cloves, minced
°½ teaspoon onion powder
°1 pound cook bacon, cut to pieces
°8 egg
°1 c heavy whipped cream
°½ tsp of salt
°¼ tsp ground black pepper
°1 package (12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese


Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cooking and tossing beef with garlic also onion powder to brown also crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain & discard fat.
Step 3: Spread the beef on the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan. Stir in the bacon bits.
Step 4: Whisking eggs, heavy cream, salt & pepper in bowl to well blended.
Step 5: Pour egg mixture over beef and bacon. Topping with the rest 4 ounces cheese.
Step 6: Bake in preheated oven until golden on top, 30-35 min
