Low-carb cheese stuffed peppers




Ingredients

6-8 green, orange or yellow peppers
1-2 pounds ground beef
1 white onion, chopped
1 large can tomatoes, cut into cube
2 pieces garlic, mince
1 c cheddar cheese
Salt also pepper to taste

Prepare

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cutting off the heads of peppers and removing all the seeds and white stuff.
Simmer pepper in boil water for 6 min
Heat olive oil in a large skillet on heat. Stir in onion, garlic and tomato cubes and saute for 3 minutes. Stir in minced meat.
Cooking meat until pink color fades.
Stuff the mixture to pepper. Putting stuffed peppers on the baking tray
Bake in a preheated oven for 12-15 min. Topping with cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 5 min
