Mushroom Hamburger Burger



*Ingredients

° 1 pound lean ground beef
° ¼ teaspoon black pepper
° 1 teaspoon of salt
° 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
° 3 eggs
° 2 tablespoons of butter
° 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
° 6 oz cream cheese
° 1 cup shredded or shredded cheese (parmesan, mozzarella, cheddar)

*Instructions

FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 350*
Browning lean ground beef in  skillet.
SECOND STEP:
Season with salt and pepper
Let cool
THIRD STEP:
Using a mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth, adding eggs one at a time, until well blended
Pour over ground beef and stir to combine
FOURTH STEP:
Put this mixture in a small baking dish and press
In the pan, add the butter and brown the mushrooms
FIFTH STEP:
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, season with salt and parsley
Cook until tender and starting to brown
STEP SIX:
Baking for 20 to 25 min
STEP SEVEN:
Breadcrumbs or crushed crackers can be sprinkled on top for the last ten minutes
Sprinkling with grated cheese also letting cheese melt before remove from oven.
