Southern fried chicken


2 cups flour
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
4 tsp garlic salt
½ tsp poultry seasoning mix
a cup of milk
2 eggs


The first step:
In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs with the milk
In  bowl, mixing flour, poultry season, garlic salt, paprika also black pepper, then placing in  ziplock bag.
The second step:
Putting chicken pieces in bag and shake  bag to cover all the pieces
Removing chicken and dip each piece into the egg mixture
Third step:
Dip every chicken piece into the flour mixture again, discarding the excess.
Heat the oil in a heavy bottomed frying pan to 375*.
The fourth step:
Fry the chicken on each side, then reduce the heat of the skillet.
Allow the chicken to continue cooking for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the size.
Fifth step:
The temperature of chicken should reach 165* before serving.
Drain it on paper towels and then serve
