Buttered Chicken


°4 chicken breast
°1 can evaporated milk (12 ounces)
°1 c flour
°1 1/2 t salt
°1/8 t pepper
°1/4 c butter
°1 box cream of chicken soup
°1/4 c water
°Preheat oven to 425 degrees


First, pour  evaporated milk into a small dish ... just enough to dip chicken. After every piece of chicken has been dip in milk, dip it in flour season with salt and pepper. Melting butter in a 13 x 9 skillet also cooingk chicken in butter for 30 minutes at 425.
Mixing water, the can of soup, also the rest of the can evaporated milk together. Flipping chicken over after 30 min of baking also pour soup mixture over it. Baking  for another 30 min to golden brown.
