chicken and dumplings


°4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
°2 tablespoons butter
°2 cans (10.75 oz) heavy cream chicken
°1 onion finely chopped
°2 packages (10 ounces) refrigerated cookie dough, torn into pieces


Place the chicken, butter, soup, and onion in a slow cooker and fill it just enough to cover it.
Cover and cook 5 to 6 hours on high. About 30 minutes before serving, put the torn biscuits
Mixture in slow cooker. Bake until the dough does not become raw in the middle.
