Crockpot Lasagna

*Ingredients :

°1 pound ground beef
°lasagna noodles
°1 jar of spaghetti sauce
°1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
°1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
°2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

*Methods  :

Brown and dried minced meat.
Pour 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce into the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker.
Stir in the rest of the sauce with the beef.
Place 2 uncooked lasagna on top of the sauce in the slow cooker.
Spread a third of the meat mixture over the noodles.
Spread 3/4 cup of cottage cheese over the meat.
Sprinkle half a cup of mozzarella cheese over the cottage cheese.
Add another layer of uncooked noodles, one-third of the remaining meat and cheese mixture, and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Add another layer of uncooked noodles, meat mixture, and mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cook on low heat for 4 hours.
If the cooking time is longer, the cheese is cooked a little better.
