°Half a cup of butter
°6 chicken legs quarters
°6 golden potatoes, cut to pieces
°24 cloves garlic,
°Salt and ground black pepper to taste
°¼ cup maple syrup


Heat oven 200°C.
Putting butter in a frying pan & melt it in oven. When butter has melt, stirring in a circular motion to coat bottom of the roast pan, and placing chicken thighs, thighs, potatoes, & unpeeled garlic cloves into the skillet.  Sprinkling with salt & black pepper. Flipping chicken, potatoes, & garlic to coat with butter.
Bake in preheated oven until chicken inside has faded and juices run clear, about 40 minutes, basting 3 times in skillet. Brushing chicken pieces with maple syrup and spoon broth on potatoes.
Return to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes, until the chicken and potatoes are cooked through and browned. An thermometer insert to  thicker part of thigh should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C ). To serving, squeeze garlic from baked cloves, & brushing soft garlic on chicken. Pour juices on chicken & potatoes.
